由于pe管不導(dǎo)電,不導(dǎo)磁,無(wú)法對(duì)pe管進(jìn)行追蹤,給日后的管道維修帶來(lái)不便,因此示蹤線(xiàn)也隨之出現(xiàn)。目前市場(chǎng)上常用的示蹤線(xiàn)有:銅包鋼材質(zhì)示蹤線(xiàn),薄膜鋼絲壓制示蹤線(xiàn),電線(xiàn)示蹤線(xiàn)。

示蹤線(xiàn)的發(fā)展經(jīng)過(guò)四次改良:

1、代示蹤線(xiàn):是由鋁箔和塑料薄膜的母體組成,鋁箔主要是傳輸信號(hào),母體是固定鋁箔。這種示蹤線(xiàn)缺點(diǎn):鋁箔強(qiáng)度非常低,即使在生產(chǎn),運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中也很容易斷裂,輔設(shè)易損傷,同時(shí)鋁箔的電阻非常大,有效探測(cè)距離和深度有限。

2、第二代示蹤線(xiàn):是由鋼絲和塑料薄膜壓制而成,該示蹤線(xiàn)由鋼絲為導(dǎo)體,電阻大,探測(cè)距離有限,難以滿(mǎn)足實(shí)際需要。

4、第四代pe復(fù)合銅包鋁合金線(xiàn),是由銅芯線(xiàn)和銅包鋼線(xiàn)發(fā)展而來(lái)的新型線(xiàn)材,由銅包鋁合金和pe外保護(hù)層組成,外觀成線(xiàn)狀,既保留了銅芯線(xiàn)的低電阻,又保留了pe100的長(zhǎng)壽性,可探測(cè)距離為單向750米!雙向1500米!以中山海訊的hx14-2為例!
